The first step of the setup process will be a welcome call with your marketing rep. During the call, we learn about your business and connect to your existing profiles. Following that call, we do an audit of your existing profiles and optimize where necessary. If you do not have profiles or listings already, then we create new ones for you. Once all profiles are set up according to the latest best practices, we start creating your content strategy. Finally, we begin posting content and responding to reviews within 3 to 5 business days after your welcome call. Please note that the design of your custom website may take longer depending on your needs.
